How a Murderer may discuss

About human Right?

While the victims of Islamic Republic of Iran, and the whole nation oppressed brutally by Islamic Republic of Iran, expect that murderers and criminals like so called judge Mortazavi to be trailed by International Court for Justice in den hag, he is going to attend the Human Right summit in Geneva!

Now, the question is that if the place of victims and murderers is changed in modern society? Or, in turn, the charter and principals of United Nation should be necessarily reviewed?

Socialist party of Iran, as a defender of human Right, declares its protest against this unbelievable event. SPI is quit sure that all Iranian political activists, victims, and repressed people protest the presence of such a murderer in discussion about human Rights,

Could anybody in United Nation answer this clear question that how manslaughter like Mortazavi may discuss about Human Rights?!
