Urgent Action
Situation of Iranian asylum seekers in Cyprus
Dear Madam, sir
Please allow me to inform you about
the situation of asylum seekers in
Cyprus. They protested against the
flagrant violation of human rights and
the ban on press under the cleric
sovereignty in Iran, demanding the
fulfilment of freedom, democracy, civil
society, and the rule of law,
I would like to draw your attention
to this point that Iran could not be
categorized as a safe country. This is
the violation of Human Rights
Conventions, and Please pay attention
that to be sofar unfair with them will
cost their life’s and UNHCR directly is
responsible for it. It is very
astonishing for us, as an organization
that is fighting for freedom and social
Justice, when Iranian asylum seekers,
have no right to be granted refugee
immediately, after telling the horrible
truth about their life, then, where can
speak of justice and Declaration of
Human Rights?!
I should emphasise that, I am very
anxious because, as you are very well
informed, since the Republic Islamic
rulers are violated to the rights of
life, freedom and Personal security of
the Iranian every where, it is very
dangerous for their to return to Iran.
In the name of freedom and Justice,
consistently demanding your just
investigation concern asylum seekers
dossier in Cyrus.
Hereby, I confirm that, I know many
witnesses, when need to introduce to the
court. Those who are fighting for
democracy and Human Rights, appreciate
your urgent measures will be taken in
this regard and thank you.
